Shipping & Delivery

This policy describes how Vstreamhd Private Ltd. (“we”, “us”) ships physical products such as the Sheltr Energy Monitor and related accessories sold through authorized Sheltr channels.

1. Where we ship

We currently fulfil orders within India unless otherwise stated at checkout. International availability may be added later and will be disclosed before payment.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. High demand or stock constraints may extend processing time; we will communicate significant delays when practicable.

3. Carriers and delivery

We use reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery ranges will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed service level.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping fees, if any, are displayed before you complete payment. Free shipping promotions will be described in the applicable offer terms.

5. Tracking

When available, a tracking number or link will be sent to the email address associated with your order. It may take up to forty-eight (48) hours after dispatch for tracking to activate with the carrier.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges or delays caused by incorrect addresses may be charged to you. Re-shipment after a failed delivery may incur extra shipping fees.

7. Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify us and the carrier promptly using our Contact page.

8. Undeliverable packages

Packages returned as undeliverable may be refunded net of shipping and restocking fees where permitted, or re-shipped at your expense after address correction.

9. Installation

Hardware must be installed by a qualified professional where electrical work is required. Local regulations apply. Sheltr is not liable for improper installation by third parties unless mandatory law states otherwise.

10. Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products ship according to the estimated window communicated at purchase. If timelines change materially, we will notify you and offer cancellation or refund where appropriate.
